Apple iPhone 7 generation is talk of the town these days. Surely, a piece of the cake for the iFans across United States, gathering outside of their nearest App store location to be the first in the nation to give their money to Apple and get their hand on the new iPhone. But based on some recent memories, I quit using iPhone.

For years, Apple remained in the state of denial about changed user needs, sticking with its usability standards of 4 inches screen for single hand use. Finally, it was interesting to see the iPhone 6 bigger screen, going 4 inches to 4.7 but still not 5 inches though.

Thanks to Samsung Galaxy Note series, another interesting u-turn taken by Cupertino tech company was on phablets strategy introduced by Android phones makers. Apple was mocking it and then all at sudden decide to follow it, by releasing two iPhones instead single model. Beside iPhone 6, an iPhone 6 Plus was launched with 5.5 inches display, but at $100 extra.

Apple, the leader in technology innovation, turned into follower. It happens when you focus more on money milking and less on user needs. Apple is unable to understand why Android smartphone market share is increasing day by day. Apple took a lot from Android and Blackberry 10 to level the game. Why? Because Android phones compared to iPhones were offering better customization and freedom to simply do whatever you want without complicating things. That's where people just started to love Android smartphones.

Apple iPhone 6S and 5.5-inch iPhone 6S Plus are available in Space Gray, Silver, Gold, or Rose Gold and available in 16GB, 64GB, or 128GB storage. With 4.7 inches display, 3D touch, 12MP rear and 5MP front facing camera for selfies; iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus are great phones but not the best. The iPhone 6 sucked due to BendGate issue as it was built from common 6063 Aluminum. The new iPhone 6S is build from more stronger series 7000 Aluminum. It is still prone to bending and slipping, but overall better mobile handset compared to iPhone 6 when it comes to features and build quality. 1. iPhone Screen Sucks

   The first reason why the iPhone sucks is its display, which despite of retina has left far behind competition. iPhone 6S features an LCD display with resolution 750 x 1334 pixels. Initially it was reported that iPhone 6S will have better display than iPhone 6, but it turned out to be false. The iPhone 6S with 326 PPI display same as iPhone 6 lags behind 577 pixel per inches sharp and crystal clear display phones by Samsung and LG. Display is where iPhone sucks.

2. iPhone Storage Sucks

   The first reason why the iPhone sucks is due to lack of external storage. Apple has still restricted iPhone base model at 16GB. Looking at availability of FHD Video recording , BlueRay and 4K videos; 16GB local storage seems quite insufficient. If you compare Apple with Android phones, most of them have gone 32GB as base model. Even some features external memory in the form of hot swap micro-SD card upto 128GB. However, an iPhone user needs to pay $100 extra (14%) to get iPhone 32GB model. Storage is where Apple sucks its users.

3. iPhone Memory Sucks

   pple is known to optimize iOS to perform well with minimal RAM than engage compared to Android phones. But there other good reasons to give its user more RAM, but Apple didn't in iPhone 6S. Additional RAM would allow iOS to leave background tasks and tabs in Safari browser open for longer without a need to reload or refresh. Though some may argue that additional RAM will require more battery life, but we have plenty of Android phones with 4GB RAM and having good battery life at the same time. Apple iPhone 6S 2GB RAM is unacceptable compared to 4GB in other flagship mobile handsets. Memory is where iPhone 6S sucks.

4. iPhone Battery Sucks

   Apple said that the iPhone 6S has the fastest processor in the word but the battery it will drain very quickly because the iPhone 6S has a smaller battery than iPhone 6. The iPhone 6 has a battery capacity of 1810 mAh which is decreased for 85 mAh on the iPhone 6S. This means that the new iPhone has 5% less battery capacity than its predecessor. All iPhone’s lovers were expecting a bigger battery life, but unfortunately we should wait for the next iPhone to see any improvement.

5. iPhone Sucks Water

   With abundance of water-proof and dust-proof Android smartphones like Samsung Galaxy S5/S6/S7, Sony Xperia Z3/Z4, the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus are still lagging behind in this area of technology innovation. Some iFans may argue that iPhone 6S is nearly waterproof due to ceiling or you can make your iPhone 6S Waterproof using iPhone 6S Waterproof Cases. Well, my response on it is, why Apple do not solve this problem itself to level another feature with Samy? Believe me 5 out of 10 iPhones at repair shops are water damaged. A water-resistant iPhone 6S could have saved its user for at least one iPhone water damage problem. Because a water damaged iPhone 6S sucks like hell.

6. iOS Bugs Suck

   Do you remember Safari not working after iOS 8.2 update, iOS 9 crashing on tapping links, Game Center bug and iOS 9 battery draining fast bug?Well! unlike the popular impression, Apple has an history of iOS bugs in its mobile operating software. Though, Apple is quick at fixing iOS bugs and coming up with an update, the issue cause big problems for the non tech savvy users.

7. iPhone Restriction Sucks

   Ever wonder why iPhone users jailbreak? because Apple puts then into jail. I won't like to have a phone, I have no control over. So far so that even a jailbroken iPhone with cydia installed has limitations. Therefore, iPhone sucks because it does not give its user enough freedom they deserve.

8. iPhone Apps Suck

   Beside, Apple iOS bugs iPhone apps suck too. There are very limited free iPhone Apps on itunes and iPhone user is required to purchase most of the apps. I know if you jailbreak iPhone, you can download unlimited apps. But iPhone Jailbreaking makes warranty void and leaves it vulnerable to worms, malwares, virus and exploits that specifically attack iPhones. Therefore, from user point of view iPhone sucks due to iOS bugs and limitations.

9. iPhone File Transfer Sucks

   I know now you can install WhatsApp on iPad and iPhone. But pity on the user who still can not use iPhone as storage device to transfer files from one computer to another without the iTunes. Android smartphone can easily transfer large files from one computer to another as standard USB storage device, by just plug and play without any additional software required. Apple iPhone file transfering problems still sucks users.

10. iPhone Price Sucks

    Another reason why iphone sucks is its strange pricing model. If you want to buy the latest device from Apple (iPhone 6S) with a contract you will have to pay 27$ for the 16GB version, 31$ for the 64GB version and 35$ for the 128GB version. If you want to buy the iPhone 6S without a contract you will have to pay 649.99$ for the 16GB version, 749.99 for the 32GB version and 849.99$ for the 128GB version.
