New Apple iPad 3G 2012 priced $539 specs 4G, HD, A5X, Retina, LTE
Instead iPad3, Apple Released the new Apple iPad 2012 with HD Retina display, A5X, 4G LTE specs and features priced around $539.
You may call it iPad 3, iPad 2S, iPad HD or iPad 2 2012 but Apple dispite of all the hypes, rumours and leaks released its 3G tablet the new Apple iPad 2012 as just 'iPad'. Lets have a look at the New Apple iPad 3G 2012 Price, Specs, Features and Release Date in details:
The new model has an A5X processor and quad-core graphics chip. Apple even claims its newest sliver of silicon can deliver four times the performance of a Tegra 3.
The new iPad's defining new feature upgrades are its new HD 'Retina' display, A5X processor, 4G connectivity and 5MP iSight camera. Front and foremost among these is the Retina display, which manages to provide a crystal-clear 2,048 x 1,536 resolution, essentially outputting four times as many pixels as the iPad 2 (1,024 x 768) and supposedly reaching the granular limit of what a human can perceive: when held at a 'normal distance', you won't be able to detect individual pixels on the screen. It's a substantially higher resolution than a Full HD 1,920 x 1,080 TV, which is pretty impressive given that the iPad only measures 9.7 inches diagonally (as compared to the lower-res 50-inch displays many people now have in their living rooms). Colour saturation is also said to be 44 per cent greater, so it's a visual upgrade all-round.
Among the other new additions and improvements landing on the iPad are Voice Dictation, which can translate speech-to-text for email and messaging dictation; a faster quad-core A5X processor for improved gameplay graphics; an improved 5 megapixel rear-facing camera capable of shooting HD video; an improved battery, which Apple promises can get 10 hours of talk time on the power-hungry 4G network; and a slew of new or improved apps, including updated versions of GarageBand, Sketchbook, iPhoto, iMovie and the popular Infinity Blade game series.
Apple also confirmed that the new model will come in a version that can use Verizon Wireless' and AT&T Inc.'s "LTE" wireless broadband networks. They offer speeds that are faster than the "3G" networks used by previous iPads, and current iPhones.
The battery life of the new model remains the same: about 10 hours of use. Apple says the battery capacity is 70 percent higher than for the old model, which suggests that it could have kept the old screen and extended the battery life to 17 hours instead of upgrading the screen resolution.
The new Apple iPad 3G prices will be same as of the iPad 2. The new iPad 3G 16GB, Wi-FI only will cost $499 and new iPad 3G 32GB Wi-Fi only will cost $599. The detailed price chart can be checked below:
