3. On the Facebook Video Calling, please click on Get Started
   
4. Select an Online Facebook Friend
   
5. Give you Online Facebook Friend a call
   
6. A Video Calling setup dialogue will appear. Click on Set up
   
7. It will prompt you to download a application setup file. Please download and install the application.
   
8. Call will be placed, once the installation is finish and Facebook video chat will be started as soon as your friend answers your call.
   

Facebook Video Calling service uses Skype backend. therefore the quality of video calls should be good enough just like on the Skype itself.
