Ubisoft has release several different Trailers, Teasers and Previews for Assassin’s Creed Revelations so far by, including the CG trailer that was hinted at in the Pre-E3 2001 Teaser. The other trailers showcase Gameplay and the Black Room.
Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag Release Date along with new AC4 2013 Trailer has been just revealed by Ubisoft, featuring Edward Kenway, a young fearsome pirate captain as the main protagonist, set in the 18th century Caribbean during the Golden Age of Pirates.
The new trailers for Assassin's Creed: Revelations also offers some hints on the direction the modern-day portion of the story will be heading in. So let have a look at them one by one:
Assassin's Creed: Revelations E3 2011 Trailer
Ubisoft, the French video game powerhouse as per promise, has shown a glimpse to share more details of "Assassin’s Creed Revelations" at a E3 2011 Premier Electronic Entertainment Expo on June 06, 2011 at Los Angeles.
Assassin's Creed: Revelations CG Trailer, Ezio goes to Masyaf
In Assassin's Creed 4: Revelations, Ezio will be stage older once again, which in practice means he now has the luxurious beard of a Silver Fox. The CG trailer prefaces the game, showing Ezio’s journey to Masyaf and a confrontation he has when he arrives there. Ezio goes to Masyaf in search of a library where he believes that Altair left information about the First Civilization and his time with the Apple of Eden.
Assassin's Creed: Ezio Chasing Down Templar Escaping from Janissaries
The second trailer shows off a mission about halfway through the game. Ezio is chasing down a Templar in possession of one of the keys to the library while running from the Janissaries. In order to bar Ezio’s escape the Janissaries string up a massive chain to prevent boats from leaving the harbor, and set up several boats to defend against any attempt Ezio might make to leave.
Assassin's Creed: Desmond Journey in The Black Room of the Animus
At the end of the gameplay trailer a doorway is shown shining a glowing white light. This portal of sorts is an entryway into the black room of the animus where Desmond will have to repair his shattered mind. The final trailer shows off this area of the game as well spoilers from the ending of Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood.
Assassin's Creed 4: Revelations Gameplay
Assassin's Creed 4: Revelations, Lead Designer stated that one of the elements they wanted to change was to take Ezio free running to the next level, with having him climb faster and adding the zip line element into the game. He did not know much about the new Mocam Technology that was used during the development of Revelations but did say that this is the best looking Assassin's Creed game from the gameplay to the cut scenes, which he emphasized on. There is also a new eagle sense you have in the game which is an enhanced version of the one in previous games letting you see different enemy conditions, among other things. Along with the Enhanced Eagle Vision, Ubisoft has given the player more challenges to deal with, balancing the new eagle vision out. There are also more changes expected in Multiplayer and Character Customization. While Assassin’s Creed: Revelations E3 2011 trailer is quite exciting, an action fueled CG battle set to music featuring an aging Ezio Auditore as a returning star, along with his ancestor Altair. A newly released trailer sheds some light on how Desmond Miles is doing, to go along with story details gleaned from E3 demo sessions of the game. The spoiler-lite version of the end of Brotherhood is: Desmond did something bad, something really bad, though it seems that it wasn’t a voluntary choice. Revelations picks up in the aftermath of that incident, with our hero now trapped inside of the Animus and trying to piece his shattered mind back together by reliving the memories of his ancestors. Instead we see Desmond in a series of locations that resemble the final puzzle room seen in the last game. Geometric shapes floating in space with no rhyme or reason to them. We’ll presumably be jumping all around and on top of those things at some point. This new trailer might not have the same style that the E3 one did, but with the game not coming until November we’ll take what we can get. Assassin's Creed: Revelations's Creative Director, Alex Amancio promises us that everything up to this point "will fall into place" with Revelations, but also drops the none too subtle hint that it'll also set up a bunch of things to come. So no one needs to worry about Ubisoft getting tired of the series any time soon.
