Gears of War 3 Beta Release on xBox for Codes Owners and Bulletstorm Epic
Epic Games has announced Gears of War 3 (GoW 3) full public beta on April 25th.
A lot of people were anxiously waiting for the beta from developer Epic initially on Xbox 360 exclusive. Gears of War is one of the more popular franchises on consoles, and is expected to be a very popular (and good of course) online game.
The beta is set to release Today, 18th of April to some, and to public on 25th April, ending about 3 and a half weeks later, on the 15th of May.
If you go the Bulletstorm route, you'll have access to the Gears of War 3 beta a week early, on April 18th. Players at the time will have access to some Team Deathmatch action, spread across four maps.

Unlockable weapons that carry over into the final game will be available during the beta period, which ends on May 15th. Here's how they break down, according to Microsoft:
Beta Tester Medal. Complete one match in the beta to unlock the Beta Tester medal, which will carry over to your gamer profile in the final game. The Beta Tester title will be featured in the Gears 3 multiplayer lobby as well.
Thrashball Cole. Complete 50 matches in any game type to unlock the Thrashball Cole character variant in the beta. Once unlocked, complete 10 matches as Thrashball Cole during the beta and the character will carry over to your gamer profile in the final game.
Gold-Plated Retro Lancer. Show your ultimate Gears of War fandom by unlocking the Gold-Plated Retro Lancer. Complete 90 matches in any game type to unlock it for the beta, and score 100 kills with it once unlocked to carry the exclusive weapon skin over to your gamer profile in the final game.
Flaming Hammerburst. Complete one match by Sunday, April 24 and unlock this weapon variant.
Flaming Lancer. Complete one match during the week of April 25 and unlock this weapon variant.
Flaming Sawed-Off Shotgun. Complete one match during the week of May 2 to unlock this weapon variant.
Flaming Gnasher Shotgun. Complete one match during the week of May 9 to unlock this weapon variant.
Currently, Gears of War 3 is supposed to launch around September 20th for the 360. Of course, with launch dates, anything can and will happen.

How to Get Gears of War 3 Beta
For those who want to get in on some of that action, it can be done by pre-ordering the game or by picking up a copy of the Epic Edition of the first person shooter, Bulletstorm:- Bulletstorm Epic Edition Having this Xbox 360 game will allow you access to the beta at an earlier date than anyone else, a week earlier to be exact, letting you start playing on April 18th.
- Pre-order GoW3 This is the only other way to get access, all you have to do is simply go to your local games store, pre-order your game, and you should be given a code which can then be redeemed on Xbox Live for access to the beta on the later date of April 25th.
