iPad 2 vs Xoom vs Galaxy vs PlayBook vs Notion Ink Adam
iTechWhiz (Mar 25, 2011)- With Tablet Mania getting crazy and crazy day by day, The iPad 2 went head to head with the Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy, BlackBerry PlayBook, HP TouchPad and Notion Ink Adam. iTechWhiz brings you a infographical comparison of major tablets battling in the market.
The iPad 2 starts out at $499, but that’s just for the base model. The 64GB 3G+WiFi version will set you back a cool $829. However, Apple’s main advantage is that this is the second generation of their tablet so Steve Jobs had the time to polish the device even further. With the release of the iPad in 2010, and the tremendous and unexpected success of this latest Apple innovation, there was no doubt that all of Apple’s competitors would be releasing their own tablets in the near future in order to compete with the iPad.
After the first wave of releases and the initial thickening of the competition in this market, rumors began to fly, already in January, regarding the new features and specs expected to accompany the release of the iPad 2, set to ship by March 11.
In the following infographic, we’ll take a look at what innovation the iPad 2 will be bringing to the Tablet World, as well as what Competitors will offer in an effort to stay in the face. iTechWhiz expects a tough compilation with most of the tablets running Android Operating System which is by no means less then Apple.
